The practice was established in 2004 by Mr Masud Choudhry, who grew up in the local area and founded Azure Dental Practice to provide high-quality dental care to the surrounding community. Since then, Mr Choudhry and his associate dentists have been delivering private dental treatments with a commitment to excellence and personalised care.

Our Dental Surgery
Azure Dental Practice is a modern, three-surgery clinic, fully computerised and equipped with advanced digital radiography. This technology allows instant X-ray imaging, enabling accurate diagnosis and efficient treatment planning. All surgeries are fully air-conditioned to ensure patient comfort throughout your visit.
We strictly follow Department of Health guidelines for the cleaning and sterilisation of dental equipment and maintain the highest standards of hygiene across the practice to minimise the risk of cross-infection.
The practice is conveniently located just off Bawtry Road, with on-site parking available for disabled patients and easy wheelchair access to the surgery.
